This Guide has been produced by a joint working party of the Explosives Industry Group of the Confederation of British Industry, including the Ministry of Defence and the Health and Safety Executive. Its work has also been supported by the Department of Environment Food and Rural Affairs, the Environment Agency and Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service.
