Attached is a list (to date) of agreed changes to ADR / RID 2007 that will go towards forming the text of ADR / RID 2009. Work towards what will be 'CDG 2009' has already begun. We are now asking for your help with:

i) identifying what, if anything, we have missed (this preliminary listing is obviously not the final 'official' listing of all changes that will appear in ADR / RID 2009); 

ii) what changes do you think will have a significant impact on your industry? (and why?); and,  

iii) what can you begin to let us have in the way of provisional costings (or data that will aid in calculating costings)?
