NOTE - Some users have experienced rare, intermittent problems when logging on - the logon seems to proceed OK, but no user status is shown on the confirmation screen and access is denied to sections of the site. We are investigating this problem, but by its intermittent nature - which seems to depend on the type of connection a user has to the internet and what caches are in place (if any), and the type of browser being used..
An immediate fix seems to be to close all browser windows, and then open a new window to the EIG site and logon on immediately from there. We are working to solve any remaining issues as soon as possible.
Please note that all logons and attempted logons are logged. Abusers of the system will be barred!
